You may modify the date of your tour as long as you notify us at least 48 hours in advance of the original date and subject to availability. To request a change, simply contact us via email or our customer service line. We will do our best to reschedule your experience at no additional cost. Restrictions may apply on specific dates and high demand tours.

How early should I arrive at the tour departure point?

We recommend arriving at the meeting point 10 to 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time. This allows for proper check-in and ensures a timely start to the tour.

Is hotel pick-up and drop-off included?
