Children over 4.5 ft but under 12 years of age must show an ID to verify their age as well.
It is not possible to make a date change the same day of your visit.
The only official ID accepted to enter the park is a valid passport. The document must be presented physically, not in a digital copy.

Can I change the date of my tour after booking?

You may modify the date of your tour as long as you notify us at least 48 hours in advance of the original date and subject to availability. Is hotel pick-up and drop-off included?

Hotel pick-up and drop-off are available only on selected packages, as indicated in the detailed description of each tour. If the service is not included, you can book transportation separately through us for your convenience.
