Minimum age 8 years old. Guests must be relatively fit and must be able to swim. We do not recommend the excursion if you have preexisting conditions or injuries, are pregnant or have back or neck issues. You may modify the date of your tour as long as you notify us at least 48 hours in advance of the original date and subject to availability. To request a change, simply contact us via email or our customer service line. We will do our best to reschedule your experience at no additional cost. Restrictions may apply on specific dates and high demand tours.

How early should I arrive at the tour departure point?

We recommend arriving at the meeting point 10 to 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time. This allows for proper check-in and ensures a timely start to the tour.

Is hotel pick-up and drop-off included?

Hotel pick-up and drop-off are available only on selected packages, as indicated in the detailed description of each tour. If the service is not included, you can book transportation separately through us for your convenience.
