Can I change the date of my tour after booking?

Yes, at Mexico Travel Solutions we understand that plans can change. You may modify the date of your tour as long as you notify us at least 48 hours in advance of the original date and subject to availability. To request a change, simply contact us via email or our customer service line. We will do our best to reschedule your experience at no additional cost. Restrictions may apply on specific dates and high demand tours.

How early should I arrive at the tour departure point?

We recommend arriving at the meeting point 10 to 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time. This allows for proper check-in and ensures a timely start to the tour.

Do the tours include entrance fees to archaeological sites or parks?

In general, entrance fees to archaeological sites or parks are included in our tours. However, we recommend checking the specific description of each tour, as some may have additional taxes or fees not included in the entry price. This information will be clearly detailed in each package.

Is there a minimum number of people required for the tour to operate?

Tours can be operated even if only one person books. Most of our tours are available for both individual and group reservations, and we guarantee operation without the need to meet a minimum number of participants. Is hotel pick-up and drop-off included?

Hotel pick-up and drop-off are available only on selected packages, as indicated in the detailed description of each tour. If the service is not included, you can book transportation separately through us for your convenience.
