Live a truly unique experience: After an early pickup from your hotel, well take you to the marina to start your day with coffee, pastries, and a briefing. Then, youll board our boats and head out into the Mexican Caribbean to search for these gentle giants. This exclusive tour takes you directly to the areas of highest concentration, where with the right equipment and expert guides, you can safely and respectfully swim alongside whale sharks and sometimes even giant manta rays, dolphins, and turtles in their natural habitat for approximately 2.5 hours. The experience doesnt end there! After several dives, youll visit Isla Mujeres to relax at Playa Norte and enjoy a ceviche on one of the islands most pristine beaches.

Important information
Meeting Point and Arrival Time
- The waiting time for our transportation service is between 15 to 60 minutes.
- It is recommended to arrive at the meeting point 10 to 15 minutes before the scheduled time.
- Our drivers are not allowed to wait more than 10 minutes past the scheduled time.
Transportation Service Details
- For all our RoundTrip transportation services, our drivers will pick you up directly at your hotel door.
- If the requested service is shared transportation, please note that there will be quick stops at other accommodations.
- Vehicle models may vary depending on availability.
Special Conditions
- Child seats are available upon request. We recommend adding them during the purchase process, as each child seat counts as an additional passenger.
- Wheelchairs occupying a seat must be registered as an additional passenger.
Luggage
- Each passenger is allowed a maximum of 3 pieces of luggage. If you have additional luggage or oversized items (surfboards, excessive fishing equipment, or more than one set of golf clubs, etc.), extra charges may apply.
- To avoid these charges, you can request an additional seat for these items during the purchase process.
Cancellation policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours in advance of the start date of the experience.
