What to bring?

Wear a swimsuit and use insect repellent; bring an extra change of clothes and a towel. The use of closed shoes or water shoes is mandatory for all the activities.
Sunscreen and insect repellent used in the park must only have titanium dioxide and zinc oxide.
If your tour is with transportation, confirm the time and place of your pickup.
Bring cash or a credit card to purchase souvenirs or the pictures of your visit.

*IMPORTANT* Must present physical passport at the Park’s ticket booth or before boarding transportation.
Activities at Xplor Fuego Park are recommended for children 5 years and older (must be accompanied by an adult at all times). Note: the Zip-line activity requires a minimum height of 3.6 ft and a minimum weight of 88 lbs.
Xplor Fuego is open Monday to Saturday from 5:30 pm a 11:00 pm.
The minimum age recommended is 5 years old.

Can I change the date of my tour after booking?

Yes, at Mexico Travel Solutions we understand that plans can change. You may modify the date of your tour as long as you notify us at least 48 hours in advance of the original date and subject to availability. To request a change, simply contact us via email or our customer service line. We will do our best to reschedule your experience at no additional cost. Restrictions may apply on specific dates and high demand tours.

How early should I arrive at the tour departure point?

We recommend arriving at the meeting point 10 to 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time. This allows for proper check-in and ensures a timely start to the tour.

Is there a minimum number of people required for the tour to operate?

Tours can be operated even if only one person books. Most of our tours are available for both individual and group reservations, and we guarantee operation without the need to meet a minimum number of participants. Nevertheless, we suggest reviewing each tour’s specific description for activity requirements and conditions.

Is hotel pick-up and drop-off included?

Hotel pick-up and drop-off are available only on selected packages, as indicated in the detailed description of each tour. If the service is not included, you can book transportation separately through us for your convenience.
